Student will discover how to use the controls on their camera (film and/or digital) to achieve a level of control not available in auto mode. Get the shot you want with the first click!

Prerequisite skills: an open mind, a desire to get the image right and the ability to bake brownies.

Students will provide their own camera and film (if bringing a film camera).

A camera without manual controls is not a requirement for this class, but it will not provide near as much flexibility as one with a manual mode. For attendees with film cameras, a film speed of ISO 200 or ISO 400 is recommended.
